Slightly dark fruit on the nose with blackcurrant predominant. Plenty of rich fruit which gives way to more mellowness. Spare ribs.

24 months in Barrique for this Merlot. The palate is powerful, rich and intense, a wine to decant before serving.

Unmistakably yeasty, fruity nose. Rounded flavour with fruit and balanced acidity, producing a supple, softer dry wine. Eminently quaffable. 70% Pinot Noir & 30% Chardonnay from 3/4 year old wines. Enjoy at celebrations. Try with non-fruit desserts.
