Smooth, full-bodied with ripe black flavoured fruit and cracked black pepper spice. Full and warming in the mouth.

Malbec Merlot, Finca del Alta

2014 Argentina

Dark colour, cherries and plums on the nose. Light fruit in the mouth with a dry finish. Charcuterie meats.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Kintu

Slightly dark fruit on the nose with blackcurrant predominant. Plenty of rich fruit which gives way to more mellowness. Spare ribs.

Bordeaux, Ch, Charron Blaye

2015 France

24 months in Barrique for this Merlot. The palate is powerful, rich and intense, a wine to decant before serving.

Sparkling and Champagne

Greyfriars Sparkling

Produced just off the Hogs Back, south of Guildford. Wonderful fresh fruit and great acidity producing a wine of which England can be justly proud.

Cheurlin Dangin Carte Or

Unmistakably yeasty, fruity nose. Rounded flavour with fruit and balanced acidity, producing a supple, softer dry wine. Eminently quaffable. 70% Pinot Noir & 30% Chardonnay from 3/4 year old wines. Enjoy at celebrations. Try with non-fruit desserts.
